If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Returned items must have tags/stickers/serial numbers still on and be returned in original product packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear, use, or damage.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Email us at email@example.com using the email address you placed the order with and the order ID.
- List the products you wish to return or exchange from your order and the reason for the return.
- Include pictures of the product(s) to be returned.
- Print the prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email.
- Send all items using the label provided.
- Please allow 7-10 business days after refund confirmation for refund to be credited back on your account/card.
- Customer may be responsible for return shipping fees and or restocking fee.
