Shipping Policy


Shipping
Most orders ship out in 2-5 business days after order is placed on website, except for PRE-ORDER Items ("Available Ship Date" is provided on the PREORDER item's page). We will notify you via your email when your order has been sent and provide you with shipping confirmation and tracking number (USPS, UPS, DHL, etc).


We ship within the USA and internationally using USPS, UPS and Impex Worldwide and DHL Worldwide Many of our items may be shipped to you from outside your resident country, so it is very important that you submit correct and complete shipping information.

Please reference the "Available Shipping Dates" on PRE-ORDER Items. In the event of a delay for your PRE-ORDER item(s), we will reach out to you via email, text message or phone call to inform you discuss how you’d like to proceed. Please note, that delays  arise most during holidays, new collection launch and sale periods, so we ask for your patience during these times.

Signature at Delivery
Please Note- SIGNATURE MAY BE REQUIRED WHEN YOUR PACKAGE IS DELIVERED. Please track your package using the tracking number that will be sent to your email and sign for your package upon delivery. If you miss the Delivery Agent (USPS, UPS, DHL, etc), you will need to contact your local post office closest to you (for USPS packages), wait for redelivery, or call USPS/UPS/DHL to schedule redelivery of your package.
